Full Description
We're looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support requirement-gathering and documentation across Sarmaya's enterprise projects, bridging the gap between client needs and technical delivery.
What You'll Do
- Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements
- Support process mapping and workflow documentation
- Help prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Coordinate between technical and business teams
- Support data gathering for business cases and proposals
What We're Looking For
- 0–1.5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Comfortable working across technical and business conversations
- Clear, structured communication style
Nice to Have
- Exposure to process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
