About The Role We seek highly dedicated, motivated, and passionate Software Development Interns who can use the right tools to find the best solutions to problems. We embrace the Agile methodology and as part of a scrum team you will play an important role in all aspects of product development--design, development, integration, and testing. And you will share in the pride and satisfaction as your work makes it into production at INVIDI’s clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Help continue to disrupt the advertising world working on our industry-leading ad targeting software
• Design, write test and document software
• Share new ideas and development practices openly
• Develop skills vital to your career as a software developer
• Participate in the Agile and DevOps delivery process
• Be passionate about technology

You Must Have

• Completed 2nd year of a Computing Science degree
• Strong data structures, logic, and algorithm skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Self-motivated and willing to pitch in on all tasks
• Team player
• Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages
• Strong database skills (writing SQL queries)
• Basic knowledge of SaaS and Cloud-based technologies
• Strong scripting skills
• Knowledge of agile delivery
• Experience with Git would be an asset

Physical Requirements

• INVIDI is a conscious, clean, well-organized, and supportive office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are normal.
