Pink Palm Puff is a fast growing apparel and lifestyle brand with global operations across North America and internationally. As we continue to scale, we are offering a student Accounting Internship designed to provide meaningful, hands on experience in accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and Excel based financial analysis.

This internship provides real exposure to financial operations inside a global ecommerce brand and may lead to continued part time or full time employment based on performance and business needs.

Position Overview

The Accounting Intern will support daily financial operations and gain practical experience working with financial records, reporting, tax documentation, and accounting systems. This role is ideal for students seeking real world accounting experience in a fast paced, remote environment. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload invoices and assist with expense classification and coding
• Review tax notices and assist with compliance related tasks
• Organize and maintain financial and corporate tax documentation
• Run monthly financial reports and assist with tax and fee reconciliations
• Build, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support reporting and analysis
• Prepare simplified financial analyses and summaries using Excel
• Access U.S. tax and compliance portals to monitor filings and deadlines
• Support documentation and reporting for accounting and tax projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, or Business program
• Strong Excel skills, including skilled use of pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation to prepare simplified analyses and summaries
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in pursuing a career in accounting, finance, or financial operations
