Ingénieur en automatisation – Junior ou Intermédiaire

Efficient Plant • Poste hybride (Télétravail + bureau 1x/mois + déplacements chez le client au besoin)

Efficient Plant recherche un ingénieur en automatisation (junior ou intermédiaire) pour participer au développement, à l’intégration et au support de solutions d’automatisation et SCADA dans le secteur de l’énergie.

Un rôle idéal pour un jeune ingénieur passionné par l’automatisation, les communications industrielles et les environnements technologiques modernes.

Responsabilités

• Participer au développement, à la configuration et au support de systèmes SCADA iFix.
• Contribuer à l’intégration et au paramétrage de passerelles industrielles RTAC et SMP.
• Effectuer la configuration et les tests de communication : Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC, etc.
• Collaborer à l’intégration d’automates, de RTU, d’IED et de plateformes SCADA.
• Diagnostiquer, analyser et résoudre des problèmes techniques.
• Participer à la mise en service, en télétravail ou sur site lorsque requis.
• Préparer et tenir à jour la documentation technique de projets.

Compétences recherchées

• Connaissance pratique de GE iFix (développement, scripts, drivers).
• Expérience ou intérêt pour RTAC, SMP et les passerelles industrielles.
• Connaissance des protocoles industriels : Modbus, OPC UA/DA et les suivants seraient un atout DNP3 et IEC 61850
• Atout : expérience ou stages dans le secteur de l’énergie, des postes électriques, de la production ou de la distribution.
• Atout : compréhension des automates, des RTU, des architectures SCADA et des réseaux industriels.

Intérêts

• Apprendre les technologies de pointe en automatisation.
• Apprendre les procédés industriels énergétiques.
• Travailler avec des gestionnaires seniors en automatisation ainsi qu’avec des spécialistes seniors de ces technologies.

Profil recherché

• Baccalauréat en génie électrique, en automatisation, en informatique industrielle ou discipline connexe.
• 0 à 5 ans d’expérience en automatisation, en SCADA ou en communications industrielles.
• Curiosité, rigueur, capacité d’apprentissage rapide.
• Aisance en télétravail et excellente autonomie.
• Français requis, anglais professionnel requis.
• Membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs.

Efficient Plant is seeking a Junior or Intermediate Automation Engineer to contribute to the development, integration, and support of automation and SCADA solutions in the energy sector.

An ideal role for a young engineer passionate about automation, industrial communications, and modern technological environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, configuration, and support of GE iFix SCADA systems.
• Contribute to the integration and configuration of RTAC and SMP industrial gateways.
• Perform configuration and communication testing: Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC, etc.
• Collaborate on integration between PLCs, RTUs, IEDs, and SCADA platforms.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in commissioning activities, remotely or on-site when required.
• Prepare and maintain up‑to‑date technical project documentation.

Desired Skills

• Practical knowledge of GE iFix (development, scripting, drivers).
• Experience or interest in RTAC, SMP, and industrial gateways.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, OPC UA/DA; assets include DNP3 and IEC 61850.
• Asset: experience or internships in the energy sector, substations, power generation, or distribution.
• Asset: understanding of PLCs, RTUs, SCADA architectures, and industrial networks.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Computing, or a related field.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in automation, SCADA, or industrial communications.
• Curiosity, rigour, and strong ability to learn quickly.
• Comfortable with remote work and highly autonomous.
• French required; working proficiency English required.
• Member of the Order of Engineers.
