Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Junior Financial Analyst

Qualifications

· Mandarin speaking skills is a requirement

· Full time in office role in Vancouver

· In person interview to take place in Vancouver

· Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or related discipline 1 - 3 years of experience working in either the real estate or financial services industry

· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Axium Capital is a well-established team of top performing commercial mortgage brokers located in Vancouver, BC, focusing on obtaining financing solutions for its clients comprising of developers, property managers and operating businesses. The team deals with all aspects of commercial financing from small business loans to syndicated highrise financing and everything in-between.

The company is looking for a full time Analyst to provide support to its team of mortgage brokers. The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various financing opportunities and be able to create a presentation package for prospective lenders and/or clients. The position is ideal for an individual looking to provide underwriting support with an opportunity for career growth within the company and/or being a full time commercial mortgage broker. This is a full time position located in an office in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities

· Compile data into actionable reports specific to loan financing

· Prepare pitch and presentation materials for business loans

· Create and review loan documents and handling all aspects of the financing process from initial contact with the lenders and clients to after funding service

· Ongoing communication with lenders, clients and team members

· Work collaboratively with team members
