,Who We Are
Dental Strategy (www.dentalstrategy.ca) is boutique, business consulting firm targeting Canadian dentists. The business of dentistry has changed drastically. We are a niche player and help dentists through the process of starting, purchasing, growing and selling their dental practices. Our clients range from small family dental practices to corporate publicly traded dental organizations owning hundreds of dental practices. Our services include business plans, purchase feasibility studies, development of business and marketing strategies, demographic and competitive studies and valuations of their businesses.

Our business model is similar to the MBB firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain&Company), but modified to fit the needs of a Canadian dentist.

Duties

  • Data Analysis: There is lots of data analysis. Must enjoy working in Excel and analyzing data, financial statements, and production reports.
  • Writing: You will be preparing business reports, business valuations, marketing plans, demographic and competitive analyses. Proficiency in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You will be dealing directly with business owners (dentists) to discuss projects, gather data, discuss analysis, and present findings. Interpersonal and strong telephone skills.
  • Presentation Skills: You will be dealing with clients over the phone, Zoom or in person. You will be presenting our services and its benefits. It is not a sales position, but every conversation with a dentist is an opportunity to drive new business.

Requirements

  • Some remote work may be possible, but you MUST be able to work out of our London, Ontario (Canada) office to be considered.
  • Mathematical skills
  • Strong computer skills, expertise in Excel a must.
  • Knowledge of AI. We are not looking for an IT expert or a programmer, but IT skills will be beneficial in IT

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related study
