Full Description

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT or digital health environments.
  • Hands-on experience with client support, client integration, and business process implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting product integration projects.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the digital health ecosystem
  • Proven ability to work within IAM framework
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
  • Knowledge of ITSM practices

Deliverables

Deliverables Include:

  • Process Implementation: Support implementation of business processes and provide input to process improvements.
  • Operations Support: Coordinate client integration, with focus on client engagement, client support, and end-user authorization.
  • Project Support: Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives.
  • Documentation: Provide input to process documentation, user guides, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational responsibilities:
  • Coordinate operational activities including client support, stakeholder requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
  • Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization.
  • Support communication and engagement plans for initiatives.
  • Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Project Responsibilities:
  • Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives, including IAM activities and Business Acceptance Test (BAT) case execution.
