Consult2Bond Inc. is a growing converter and distributor of industrial adhesive tapes and bonding solutions. We support manufacturers across multiple industries with high-performance pressure-sensitive tape solutions that improve production efficiency and product quality.

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Milton, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in B2B sales within a growing industrial company.

Position Overview

This entry-level role focuses on inside sales, customer support, and business development from our Milton office. You will learn our products, industry applications, and sales processes while supporting account growth and developing new business opportunities.

Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support existing B2B customer accounts
• Prospect new customers through outbound calls and email outreach
• Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system
• Learn industrial tape applications and converting capabilities
• Assist senior sales team with account development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and email
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field is an asset
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
• Valid driver’s license
