An ERP Software Developer designs, develops, and implements ERP solutions that enhance our business processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have studied software development or database management, understand ERP systems, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and should be able to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Successful Candidate's Responsibilities Will Include

• Design, develop, and maintain ERP software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and create technical specifications.
• Customize and configure ERP applications based on user needs.
• Develop and implement integration solutions between ERP systems and other business applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing ERP systems to enhance functionality and performance.
• Document development processes, coding standards, and technical specifications.

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have

• Study towards a degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Understanding of ERP development tools and languages (e.g., PL/SQL, C#, .NET).
• Knowledge of database management systems and data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of popular ERP systems (e.g., IFS, Infor, SAP, Dynamics) would be an asset
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
