Role Overview

As a ThinkFlix Full-Stack / Product Systems Engineer, you will build and scale the core product systems that sit on top of ThinkFlix’s AI infrastructure.

This is not a traditional frontend role.

You will:

• work directly with the CEO
• rapidly ship features
• extend and evolve an existing product
• turn rough ideas into working systems

You will operate across frontend, backend, and system design, ensuring that our AI capabilities translate into a fast, reliable, and scalable product experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend core product systems on top of existing infrastructure
• Rapidly implement new features across content generation workflows, user onboarding, video delivery and interaction
• Design and maintain backend services and APIs ,data flows between systems
• Integrate AI pipelines into production-ready user experiences
• Improve system performance, reliability, scalability
• Work closely with the CEO to prioritize features, iterate quickly and ship continuously
• Translate product ideas into functional, well-structured systems

Qualifications

• Strong experience building full-stack systems in production
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, React / Next.js
• Backend frameworks (Node.js, APIs)
• Experience working with existing codebases (not just greenfield projects), APIs and system integrations
• Strong understanding of system design, data flow and performance optimization
