Title: Recent Graduate – Human Resources Global Trainee

Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON (On-site)

Type: Full-Time | Permanent

About the Opportunity:

We are partnering with a global leader in the manufacturing and energy sector to hire a Human Resources Global Trainee.

This is a 2-year rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders through hands-on experience, project work, and exposure across multiple HR functions. The program offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of HR operations within a complex industrial environment, with potential exposure to global teams and initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across HR functions
  • Support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operational leaders
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
  • Build an understanding of business operations within a manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 4 years of HR experience (recent graduates strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Exposure to HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
