Title: Recent Graduate β Human Resources Global Trainee
Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON (On-site)

About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a global leader in the manufacturing and energy sector to hire a Human Resources Global Trainee.
This is a 2-year rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders through hands-on experience, project work, and exposure across multiple HR functions. The program offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of HR operations within a complex industrial environment, with potential exposure to global teams and initiatives.
What Youβll Be Doing:
- Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across HR functions
- Support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operational leaders
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Build an understanding of business operations within a manufacturing environment
What Weβre Looking For:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 4 years of HR experience (recent graduates strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Exposure to HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
