Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Student in Saint John, NB for Summer 2026 ! In this role, you’ll support key HR functions that help create a positive employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding to day‑to‑day HR operations. You’ll play an important part in supporting employees, strengthening HR processes, and contributing to initiatives that shape our workplace culture. This role is open to both Co-op and non-Co-op students.
As a Human Resources Student, You Will
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities to help create a smooth and welcoming start for new team members.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Generalist and HR Supervisor to support daily HR operations.
- Act as a resource for employees, responding to HR-related questions and providing guidance as needed.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives that support our people and culture.
What You Bring
- Working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous relevant experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- A proactive, self starting approach.
- Curiosity coupled with solid problem solving and decision making skills.
