Inside Sales Co-op Student (Summer Work Term)

ICONIX Waterworks supports municipal, industrial, and water infrastructure projects that keep communities running. As an Inside Sales Co-op Student, you’ll gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, customer service, purchasing, inventory, and sales support within a fast-paced branch environment.

This role is an excellent starting point for students interested in careers in Sales, Purchasing, Estimating, Supply Chain, or Operations. You’ll develop practical skills while seeing firsthand how both the operational and business sides of the company work together to serve our customers.

You’ll start in the warehouse to build product knowledge and understand inventory flow, then expand your exposure across branch operations

• Warehouse Foundations - Learn how materials are received, stored, and prepared for customers
• Customer Service & Order Processing - Support customer inquiries and order fulfillment
• Pricing, Quotations & Invoicing - Gain insight into how orders are priced and billed
• Purchasing & Vendor Coordination - Assist with ordering materials and tracking shipments
• Inventory Control - Participate in stock management and cycle counts
• Supply Chain Flow - Understand how materials move from supplier → warehouse → customer

• Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Water & Wastewater, or a related field)
• Enjoy working with people and solving problems
• Stay organized and follow tasks through to completion
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
• Take initiative and work well independently while collaborating with a team
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Are eager to learn new systems, products, and processes

Base Pay $22.00 per hour.
