EduSmarts is a premier education consultancy based in Coquitlam, BC, dedicated to redefining the "Early Study Abroad" experience. We manage comprehensive long-term guardianship programs and seasonal (Summer/Winter) school camps for elementary and secondary students. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and career-driven individual to join our growing team and help shape the future of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Mentorship: Provide academic guidance and holistic life management for G5-G12 students.
- Parent Consultation: Act as a bridge between the school, students, and parents, providing regular updates and curriculum management.
- Daily Logistics: Facilitate safe transportation for school drop-offs/pick-ups and extracurricular activities.
- Operations & Admin: Support the planning and execution of educational programs and general administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Graduates from Canadian or US universities preferred).
- Language: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Korean (Professional communication skills are essential).
- Legal Status: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Driving: Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
