Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This position with pervious 2 to 3 years of work experience in accounting preferrably in public practice, offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational accounting skills within a dynamic organization. The Junior Accountant will assist with various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting software and a keen eye for detail, supporting the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
  • Support bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify financial data accuracy
  • Assist with auditing procedures and prepare documentation for internal and external audits
  • Support payroll processing activities in compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Help maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with team members on financial projects and process improvements

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Bilingual , Korean and English is plus
  • Experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, CaseWare and Profile.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Prior internship or experience in financial services or corporate finance is a plus but not required
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
