Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Account Executive role located in Concord, ON. In this role, you will support and manage client accounts while building strong relationships with new and existing customers. Key responsibilities include discussing client needs, providing tailored recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering timely solutions aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain excellent communication to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

  • Experience in customer relationship management, sales support, and account management.
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience in the facility solutions or similar industries is a plus.
