Role: Junior Business Analyst

Hourly Rate : $25-30/hour

Length: 8-12 months

Location: North York, ON (5 days onsite)

Your New Role

As a Business Analyst, Analytics Implementation , you’ll translate business KPIs into simple tracking requirements, create JSON payloads, write clear JIRA stories, and support IT with documentation and walkthroughs. You’ll help validate tracking, document bugs, and ensure data is captured accurately. This is a strong fit for students and recent grads with coding exposure and an interest in web analytics.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Some coding background (school projects, bootcamps, or personal projects)
  • Comfort working with JSON payloads
  • Strong documentation skills using Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical details
  • Interest in learning data layer design, event tracking, and QA validation
