Position Overview
Integrated Strategic Partners is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and critical thinker with a keen interest in public policy, government, and strategic research. As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with partners and senior consultants to support high-impact client work through research, analysis, and drafting. This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors, including developers, municipalities, non-profits, post-secondary institutions, defence and education clients, professional associations, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in research, policy analysis, and strategic advisory work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct in-depth research on policy, legislation, political developments, and industry trends.
· Draft and edit briefing notes, policy summaries, and strategic documents for internal and client use.
· Monitor legislative and regulatory activity to identify emerging issues and opportunities.
· Provide analytical and administrative support to partners and consultants.
· Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
· Conduct grant research and provide support to clients at the municipal, provincial and federal levels.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelors degree or higher
· Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
· High attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information
· Interest in government, public affairs, and legislative or business processes
· Ability to thoughtfully use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance productivity and research quality, where appropriate

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
