Role Overview
This is not a passive creative role. This is a production-heavy, execution-first position focused on documenting, editing, and distributing content that elevates Foreshew Design Associates as a category leader in luxury residential architecture.
Core Responsibilites
Content Capture (Field + Office)
- Assist in filming on-site project visits, walkthroughs, and team interactions
- Assist in setting up shots, framing, lighting, and audio for short-form and long-form content
- Travel to active job sites as needed
Content Editing & Production
- Edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) with speed and precision
- Assist in editing long-form YouTube content (story structure, pacing, basic cuts)
- Add captions, music, overlays, and branding elements aligned with FDA’s voice
- Organize raw and edited files in a structured, scalable system
Brand Alignment
- Learn and apply Foreshew’s brand voice
- Avoid generic trends that dilute positioning
- Maintain consistency across all visual and written outputs
Team Support & Workflow
- Work directly under Marketing Manager
- Take feedback quickly and apply it without friction
- Assist in building repeatable systems for content production
Required Skills & Traits
Non-Negotiables
- Strong video editing ability (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent)
- Basic understanding of composition, lighting, and framing
- Highly organized with digital file management
- Comfortable being on job sites and around construction environments
- Need to know general film terminology and process

- Fast executor (speed > perfection)
- Takes direction well without needing constant hand-holding
- High ownership mentality—if something’s off, you fix it
