Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Data Analyst. The Junior Data Analyst will work closely with a cross-functional team to analyze travel-related data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Daily tasks include data collection, cleaning, visualization, and reporting, as well as contributing to predictive models and improving data-driven decision-making processes. The role also involves ensuring data accuracy and collaborating on projects aimed at optimizing the user experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis, including data visualization, data cleaning, and statistical analysis
• Experience with data manipulation tools such as Excel, Python, or R
• Familiarity with database management systems and querying techniques, including SQL
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
• Ability to work independently within remote teams and manage deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Familiarity with travel industry data or AI applications is advantageous
