We're seeking a Junior-Intermediate Project Manager to join our team at Pendo. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative and interested in the creative industry.

Job responsibilities
As a Junior-Intermediate Project Manager, you will assist in the coordination and administration of projects from start to finish.
Youβll work closely with Pendo's Directors, team members, external consultants and clients to ensure schedules, budgets and standards are maintained all while contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through all stages of execution and delivery to ensure work is on time, accurate and on budget.
- Ensure consistency in project scope, establish key phases and set project timelines.
- Monitor costs, resources and scope to ensure projects are on track and budget.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
- Lead project briefings with key stakeholders and ensure expectations are set on deliverables.
- Gather the necessary information to plan and implement each client project.
- Manage outside project consultants and vendors when required.
- Create project SOWs, change of scopes, briefs and invoices.
- Provide timely updates and documentation to the internal and external teams, including quotes/estimates, timeline, status, next steps and budget.
- Prepare and consistently update project documentation through all phases of the project lifecycle to keep internal teams and clients updated.
- Support project management administrative tasks.
- Support RFP and proposal creation process.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
1-2 years prior work experience in a project management or project coordination role.
Salary range
$62,000 - $65,000
