About The Role We’re looking for a motivated Junior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in internal controls, process reviews, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal audits by participating in process walkthroughs, control testing, and fieldwork (including transaction reviews and compliance checks)
• Prepare audit work papers, document findings, and assist with summary memos
• Coordinate with control owners and external auditors on testing requirements
• Identify and document audit issues with recommended improvements
• Communicate findings and discuss remediation plans
• Collaborate with business units across the organization and complete ad hoc projects as assigned

Required What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently working towards one) in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work programs accurately
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• High commitment to ethics, quality, and confidentiality

Assets

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (auditing, accounting, process mapping, business analysis, or quality control)
• Knowledge of internal auditing principles, risk management, or control frameworks

Compensation Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 CAD per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
