This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design and digital marketing who is ready to take ownership of social media, branding, and content creation within a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all brokerage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and engagement across platforms.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with listings, recruitment initiatives, office culture, and brand strategy.
  • Film and edit weekly manager meetings, office content, property features, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Take initiative to conceptualize, capture, and produce short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) to support recruitment and brand growth.
  • Create high-quality graphics and marketing materials for agents, including listing templates, brochures, social media graphics, print collateral, and presentation materials.
  • Manage agent marketing requests, ensuring timely and brand-consistent delivery of materials.
  • Assist managing partners with individual marketing needs, including content planning, social media support, and promotional initiatives.
  • Oversee and support manager social media accounts, maintaining a professional and cohesive online presence.
  • Coordinate and participate in office filming days, ensuring content is captured and repurposed efficiently.
  • Create and distribute email campaigns, recruitment materials, internal communications, and market update graphics.
  • Support onboarding of new agents by assisting with personal branding, business cards, and social media setup.
  • Monitor performance analytics and recommend improvements to grow engagement and reach.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and content strategies to keep the brokerage ahead of the curve.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as required.

Required Skills:

  • College or university degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, iMovie, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and independent problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (Hey Orca, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) is considered an asset.
