Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator / Customer Relations

Platinum Living Homes is a fast-growing Muti Family and Residential homebuilding company focused on high-quality custom homes and exceptional client experience.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated young professional to fill a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team and support our office operations, estimating, design coordination, and warranty processes.
Role Overview
The Junior Project Coordinator plays a key support role within the office team. This position works closely with the Estimator, Designer, Manager, and Warranty team to ensure projects run smoothly by staying on top of tasks, coordinating communication, and following up to keep everything moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service respective for sending weekly updates of job progress
- Assist the Estimator by filling spreadsheets with information, organizing quotes to help streamline the estimating process
- Work with the Designer to help create and organize specification sheets and asset with day to day tasks
- Confirm quotes and selections with plans
- Support the Warranty team with the potential to evolve into a full position, by tracking items, scheduling, and following up with trades and homeowners. While helping to schedule trade visits, inspections, and warranty appointments
- Track outstanding items and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the office team

- Previous experience in construction, administration, or coordination is an asset but not required
