Junior Project Manager – IT Services

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of IT services projects, including IT infrastructure, software implementation, and managed services.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional with technical awareness and strong organizational skills who wants to grow within project management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of IT projects from start to finish
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables with technical teams
• Track tickets, project progress, risks, and action items
• Prepare project documentation, schedules, and status reports
• Facilitate meetings and communicate updates to internal teams and clients
• Assist with vendor coordination and change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or IT-related roles
• Understanding of IT infrastructure or managed services environments
• Familiarity with project tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, FM Pilot, Service Channel)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• CAPM certification or working toward PMP
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Exposure to Facilities management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
