Role: New
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

Job Information: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Junior Project Manager who will coordinate and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role is cross-functional, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors and creative teams. This role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, supporting sales efforts, and delivering impactful campaigns across our Out-of-Home (OOH) portfolio, including digital, transit, airport, and place-based media.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about marketing, with strong project management and communication skills.
What you’ll do…
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of national and regional ad campaigns
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and external partners
- Track project progress, flag risks and ensure deadlines are met on time
- Support campaign rollouts across Digital Out-of-Home formats (digital screens, transit, billboards, etc.)
Marketing Production & Content Support
- Assist in the development of product overviews and sales materials
- Support creation and deployment of:
o Product Marketing
o Internal communications
- Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge
Content & Communications
- Support the creation of content for product marketing
- Draft and edit marketing copy (EN, FR bilingual is an asset)
- Assist with internal communications
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Manage marketing calendars and project trackers
- Coordinate approvals and internal workflows
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and databases
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing
Who you are …
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Experience in media, advertising, or OOH industry is a strong asset
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms (Atlassian Products – JIRA or Confluence; Asana an asset)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (asset)
- Experience with CMS platforms (asset)
Languages
- English fluency (French is a strong asset, especially for national communications)
