Junior Project Manager
Orillia Drywall
Orillia Drywall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning and coordination of both residential and commercial drywall projects. Working closely with senior management and site staff, this role plays an important part in ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards our customers have come to expect from us.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating estimates, organizing projects, both commercial and residential from start to completion
Pricing out materials and labor costs per project
Track project progress, assist with budget monitoring and prepare status reports
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope of work
Prepare detailed and accurate material and labour take-offs
Help manage project documentation, contracts, and any change orders
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related field
1โ3 years of experience in construction, trades coordination, or project support
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
