Absolute Boilers is high-quality manufacturer of commercial high efficiency boilers. In business for over 20 years and located in Mt. Forest.

DDR Americas is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to support and grow our B2B sales efforts within the commercial boiler market. This role is ideal for a sales professional with hands-on experience in business-to-business sales who is ready to take the next step into a broader territory and relationship-management role. You will work closely with senior sales leadership, technical teams, and channel partners to develop new business, manage existing accounts, and help drive market growth.

Duties:

  • Develop and manage relationships with B2B customers including contractors,
  • engineers, distributors, and facility owners
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts
  • Support the sales cycle from lead generation through closing and post-sale follow-up
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pricing, and technical sales documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer requirements
  • are met
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer data in CRM systems
  • Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed
  • Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC, mechanical
  • equipment, construction, or industrial manufacturing
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical products (training provided)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as required

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience selling commercial boilers, HVAC systems, or related mechanical
  • equipment
  • Familiarity with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, or distribution channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
