WMG located in Windsor, ON is looking for Junior Sales & Program Coordinator role to join a growing organization.
Type of Employment: Full time, permanent
Schedule: Days, Full Time Hours, Monday to Friday
About the Role
Weβre looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales & Program Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role blends administrative sales support with hands-on program coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and wants to build a career in automotive manufacturing.
What Youβll Do:
Sales Support:
- Process customer quotes, orders, and returns using ERP systems (e.g., AS400)
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with customer inquiries and prepare sales reports
Program Coordination:
- Support new product launches and engineering changes
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production)
- Maintain project documentation and escalate issues when needed
- Facilitate communication between OEMs and internal departments
- Other duties delegated by management
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
- Interest or background in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
