WMG located in Windsor, ON is looking for Junior Sales & Program Coordinator role to join a growing organization.

Type of Employment: Full time, permanent

Schedule: Days, Full Time Hours, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales & Program Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role blends administrative sales support with hands-on program coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and wants to build a career in automotive manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Support:

  • Process customer quotes, orders, and returns using ERP systems (e.g., AS400)
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist with customer inquiries and prepare sales reports

Program Coordination:

  • Support new product launches and engineering changes
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production)
  • Maintain project documentation and escalate issues when needed
  • Facilitate communication between OEMs and internal departments
  • Other duties delegated by management

What You Bring:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
  • Interest or background in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
