  • Role: Junior Software Engineer (Polish Language) – Remote
  • Location: Remote (US, CA, GB, AU, NZ, AR, DE, PL)
  • Payout: $25-50 USD/hr | Weekly PayPal/AirTM

Create training data and provide expert feedback to enhance coding model performance across Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.

Key Responsibilities:

Code Review & Ranking

  • Analyse AI-generated solutions across multiple languages
  • Rank accuracy, efficiency, and best practices against expert standards

Training Dataset Creation

  • Write CS prompts and generate reference solutions
  • Document reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices

Bilingual Technical Documentation

  • Provide detailed feedback explaining code issues and fixes
  • Document optimisation techniques and problem-solving approaches

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical writing skills
  • CS Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Expert in any of the languages: Java/Python/JS/TS/C++/Swift/Verilog
  • Competitive programming or code review experience
  • Strong debugging and optimisation skills
