The Account Coordinator plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy across multiple channels and product categories. This individual is responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, support sales growth, and position the company as an industry leader in innovative solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience in in both strategic and project management
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands both creative production workflows and marketing operations.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with creative teams, and external vendors to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to balance workload across projects.
Campaign & Content Development
- Lead the creation of integrated campaigns, including digital, print, events, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development of product literature, case studies, videos, presentations, and other sales tools.
- Manage content calendars for web, email, and social platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
Sales Enablement
- Partner with sales teams and manufacturer’s representatives to develop tools and resources that drive engagement and conversion.
- Support new product launches with coordinated communications, collateral, and promotional activities.
- Measure campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future programs.
Brand & Communications Management
- Ensure alignment of all marketing materials with brand standards and corporate messaging.
- Oversee trade show planning, event coordination, and sponsorships to maximize visibility and lead generation.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for creative, digital, and media services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years in marketing project management, traffic coordination, or creative operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Understanding of creative production processes for print, digital, and multimedia assets.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining structure and efficiency.
