Who you are

  • A motivated university/college or a post-secondary student enrolled in business/marketing or affiliated areas, with a strong desire to learn
  • Coursework or work experience in geographic information systems (GIS), environmental science, urban planning, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as copywriting and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • An independent self-starter and entrepreneurial thinker who is adaptable to change in a constantly evolving tech startup environment
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and marketing-led sales enablement
  • Experience in a SaaS or DaaS environment

  • Ecopia is seeking an energetic, motivated, and passionate Marketing Coordinator Co-op/Intern interested in the intersection of environmental science and business to support our dynamic Marketing team
  • As a co-op/intern at Ecopia, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to grow professionally and simultaneously develop technical/scientific and business skills
  • Our hardworking and dedicated team will ensure that your work and contributions add value from day one and that you gain lifelong skills for your career
  • Building brand awareness and driving the acquisition/onboarding of customers to our online mapping data portal
  • Coordinating trade show and conference participation
  • Participating in technical geospatial thought leadership content creation
  • Supporting the sales and marketing teams with insights from Salesforce reports
  • Assisting the marketing team with general administrative requests and day-to-day tactical activities
