Role Description

This is an internship role for a Medical Project Coordinator Intern, based on-site in Montreal, QC. The selected candidate will assist in coordinating medical projects and conducting research related to AeroCardia's technological and healthcare initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing project timelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing reports, and performing quality assurance checks. Additionally, the intern will contribute to stakeholder communication and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Strong Research and Analytical abilities in healthcare and biomedical contexts
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with skills in Quality Assurance and Process Optimization
• General understanding of Healthcare Regulations and Compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Currently pursuing a degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in project management or healthcare research is a plus
