Full Description

A Social Media Coordinator develops, implements, and manages an organization's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), analyzing campaign performance, and engaging with followers, typically requiring strong communication and design skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Content Creation & Management: Developing, producing, and posting daily, high-quality, and on-brand content (copy, images, video).
  • Strategy Implementation: Executing social media strategies to achieve marketing, advertising, and promotional goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Using tools and social media Insights to track KPIs (engagement rate, click-through rate, reach) and reporting on results.
  • Community Engagement: Managing customer reviews, testimonials, and responding to comments and inquiries to maintain a positive online presence.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keeping up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral challenges to keep content relevant.
  • Collaboration: Working with marketing, photographer, and creative teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Platforms & Tools: Proficiency in major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) and scheduling tools.
  • Content Skills: Strong copywriting, basic graphic design (e.g., Canva), and video editing skills.
  • Education & Experience: A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred, alongside 1+ years of experience.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, creativity, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
