Summer Student (IT Support/ Helpdesk / Co-op)

We’re hiring a Summer IT Student to support our team.

Based in Oakville, this is a great opportunity for someone who already has a foundation in IT and wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Set up equipment and accounts for new hires
• Provide basic IT support (password resets, troubleshooting, access issues)
• Help manage IT equipment and inventory
• Support onboarding/offboarding tasks
• Escalate more complex issues as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with a baseline IT background (school, co-op, or experience)
• Able to jump in and contribute with minimal training
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Availability: May-August (flexible)

This role, while designed as a summer support position, may offer potential for future opportunities. It is best suited for someone with a foundational understanding of IT support who can troubleshoot common issues independently.
