Talent Acquisition & HR Strategic Support Internship

GAO Research Inc. is seeking proactive and motivated MBA and master’s students for our Human Resources Internship. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR management, ideal for students aspiring to build careers in human resources within a globally recognized high-tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates, post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Ensure positive candidate experiences with clear communication and timely updates.
  • Assist with onboarding, including documentation and new hire integration.
  • Research HR trends and recruitment strategies to enhance talent acquisition.
  • Support engagement with business partners and external collaborators.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed an MBA in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong research, data analysis, and communication skills.
