About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment lifecycle and employer branding initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes while also providing exposure to core HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Operations

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for internships and entry-level roles for North America offices
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings and recruitment campaigns
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination
  • Support recruitment-related documentation and filing
  • Assist with interview logistics and scheduling
  • Coordinate internal hiring drives, campus hiring, and recruitment events

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
