Your Mission As a Web Developer Co-op you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Reliable Controls website by developing backend systems, improving user experience, and building dynamic content management applications. Working alongside a supportive team, you will leverage modern web technologies to create responsive, sustainable, and impactful digital solutions while growing your technical expertise and making meaningful contributions to our industry.

In This Role You Will

  • Work closely under the mentorship of our Website Operations Manager and team to continue the development of our Reliable Controls website
  • Develop and maintain existing front end and back-end code bases
  • Support the team in improving the existing code base to harden infrastructure
  • Creation of content management web apps
  • Development of page layouts using the Bootstrap framework, database design, and interaction improvements

This role might be right for you if you have:

  • Experience developing with web technologies
  • Ability to use image manipulation and optimization tools for web assets
  • W3C standards understanding of emerging specifications
  • Functional and object-oriented programming experience
  • Usage of Bootstrap framework to build our responsive webpages
  • Experience with browser diagnostic tools
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • A positive can-do attitude
