Day in the Life
A typical day involves supporting the accounts payable process by entering purchase order receipts and uploading packing slips into systems like OnBase and Coupa to ensure accurate documentation. You assist with uploading and processing AP invoices while coordinating with stakeholders on proper coding for non-PO invoices. Throughout the day, you monitor the status of pending invoices, following up as needed to keep workflows on track and minimize delays. You also help review equipment rental reports, tracking rental statuses and ensuring any discrepancies are addressed promptly. In addition, you stay flexible by supporting a variety of ad hoc requests, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
The Miller Group does not use artificial intelligence (AI) or any automated decision-making tools to screen, assess, or select applicants during our recruitment and hiring processes. All applications are reviewed and evaluated by qualified personnel [to ensure a fair and human-driven process].
