Role Description As an Associate PM at CastleMoore Inc., you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of client management. There will be some portfolio management committee participation that can grow over time.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Mississauga, ON, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

Qualifications

• Associate Portfolio Manager designation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Proficiency with common office and project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms).
• Post-secondary education in business, finance, project management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP in progress) are an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently in a hybrid environment, and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
