Join XlentPay , a newly authorized MSB (Money Services Business) in Canada, as we expand our operations and bring innovative payment solutions to the market. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Backoffice and Junior Compliance Officer to join our team in Vaughan, Ontario.

What you’ll do: - Support customer onboarding and handle client applications

• Verify documents and perform initial KYC checks

• Conduct client risk assessments and assist with ongoing monitoring

• Respond to customer support inquiries and maintain client records

• Work with compliance tools like SumSub (experience a big plus)

• Assist the Compliance team in ensuring regulatory standards are met (FINTRAC, AML, KYC)

• Keep internal systems up to date and support day-to-day back-office operations

What we’re looking for: - 1–3 years experience in financial services, compliance, or back-office operations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs and compliance tools

• Experience with SumSub portal configuration is a strong advantage

• Must be eligible to work in Canada and be available full-time on-site in Vaughan.
