Calabogie Peaks is a four-season mountain resort community located in Eastern Ontario. The community combines residential neighbourhoods, resort accommodations, skiing, golf, lakeside recreation, trails, hospitality, and commercial services within a single integrated destination. Planned over hundreds of acres, the community is designed to become one of Ontario's leading recreational and lifestyle destinations.
As our business grows in complexity, we are looking for a highly analytical and entrepreneurial early-career professional to help us better understand our customers, identify business trends, improve operational efficiency, and automate repetitive processes across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of customer analytics, revenue optimization, digital marketing intelligence, product development, automation, operational efficiency, and AI implementation.
Responsibilities
· Support the migration and adoption of AI-driven tools and digital workflows across the organization.
· Work with colleagues to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design automation opportunities.
· Extract, clean, and analyze data to identify business trends, package opportunities, retention trends, changing customer behavior, seasonal trends, competitive shifts, and new revenue opportunities.
· Help connect customer insights across skiing, hotel, food & beverage, golf, real estate, and digital marketing platforms to better understand customer behavior and drive smarter product decisions.
· Identify the best applications for reporting automation, payment reconciliation automation, customer database integration, dashboard creation, and reducing manual data entry.
· Create clear SOPs and visual process maps.
· Develop and support super users across departments.
· Monitor outcomes, measure results, and report progress to senior management.
· Work directly with senior leadership on projects that influence revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic decision-making.
Tools
You will help evaluate and implement automation and efficiency tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, ChatGPT for Business, Claude Code, QBO Connex, Zapier, Notion, and other emerging technologies where appropriate. The focus is using technology to improve ROI.

Compensation
$55,000–$60,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, educational attainment, and other job-related qualifications.
