Bona Fide Beauty is a personal nail care brand rooted in longevity, precision, and personal

connection. We create tools designed to elevate everyday habits - transforming nail care from

Best known for our Czech Glass nail files, our products are crafted with genuine etched glass

that seals the nail edge, promoting stronger, healthier natural nails over time. Unlike disposable

alternatives, our tools are designed to last โ€“ reinforcing a philosophy of care that values

longevity over replacement.

Job Description:

This role will primarily work under our nail care brand, Bona Fide Beauty.

We are seeking a Part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our growing team! You

will be working directly with our Marketing and Operations team to grow your experience in

supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, email marketing, and brand initiatives.

This is an exciting and hands-on opportunity for a creative, data-driven, and entrepreneurial

individual to immerse themselves in an e-commerce Start Up and have a meaningful impact on

the growth of the business. This is a remote role and while we would prefer if you lived in

Vancouver, BC we are open to candidates from across Canada.

Qualities we love:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to self-start and learn/adapt.
  • Creative sense and taste, especially when it comes to editing images and videos, creating
  • captions for customers.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Support:

  • Prepare marketing materials such as posters, short-form videos, etc.
  • Monitor campaigns and paid ads on Meta
  • Support social platforms by monitoring comments, messages, and audience engagement
  • Creator outreach on our social channels to enhance brand exposure and influence
  • Assist in content creation with our Social Media Strategist

Email Marketing: execute monthly email marketing campaigns and automated flows

Assist in writing blogs

Customer Service Support: handle client inquiries about our products, shipping, and returns

About you:

  • Currently enrolled or graduated in a post-Secondary program (e.g., bachelors, or certificate) in a related sector (e.g., Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Technology, Business).
  • Conceptual thinker with proven problem-solving and analytical skills โ€“ ready to take on new challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter; enthusiastic about ecommerce with a desire to continuously learn.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with peers quickly and work together to achieve a common goal.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure with evolving priorities.
  • Experience with posting and managing social media channels like Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with campaigns and paid advertisements is an asset.
  • Experience with editing short form videos (E.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, IG Edits, TikTok, or Capcut).
  • Familiarity with basic creative design suites (E.g., Canva, Adobe, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and comfort with learning new how to use online tools, other software, etc.
  • Interest in Beauty or Nail Care.
