Join ALHHC for an 8-week immersive experience. You will provide critical support for our daily digital operations while taking full ownership of a strategic research project: defining ALHHC’s potential presence on TikTok. This role requires a balance of meticulous auditing, data analysis, and creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive Digital Audit: Perform a full assessment of our Google Business Profile and social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and identify "quick wins."
• Social Media Management: Execute profile refreshes and develop a 3-month editorial calendar to harmonize our brand voice.
• Special Project: Lead the "TikTok Strategy & Compliance" case study to determine if and how ALHHC should enter the short-form video space.
• Content & Data Support: Draft marketing copy in English and French and track performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
• Innovation: Collaborate with the AI Specialist to explore how emerging tools can optimize our content workflow.

• Current Student or Recent Grad: Enrolled in or recently finished a program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Social Media "Native": You don’t just use TikTok; you understand the trends, the sounds, and why certain videos go viral.
• Bilingual (English/French): Comfortable writing and communicating in both languages (a must for our national brand).
• Detail-Oriented: You’re the type of person who notices a typo on a website or an inconsistent profile picture from a mile away.
• Tech-Curious: You’re interested in how tools like ChatGPT or Canva can make marketing work faster and better.
