Field Sales Representative – Lead Generation (Outdoor Role)

Green & Clean Home Solutions

Green & Clean Home Solutions is a growing home improvement company operating across Etobicoke and Mississauga. We’re currently adding a Field Sales Representative to support our customer acquisition efforts by connecting directly with homeowners in the communities we serve.

About the Role:

This is a field-based, face-to-face marketing position focused on introducing our services, starting conversations, and booking estimate appointments. You will be working in residential neighbourhoods, helping generate new opportunities while representing our brand in a professional and approachable manner.

This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors, and building practical sales experience in a structured environment.

Compensation is tied to results, with no cap on commission. Your focus will be on generating qualified leads and setting appointments rather than closing deals on the spot.
