  • Starting wages of $25.00/hour

General Job Description This is a clerical position reporting to the Human Resource Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative functions and recruitment support in the Corporate Administration Department. We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure, has excellent multi-tasking skills and has a warm and welcoming personality.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle for production team member positions in Palmerston and Stratford facility.
  • Support by posting positions and managing in coming resumes.
  • Conduct telephonic screening whenever necessary.
  • Conduct references checks.
  • Prepare job offer letters and support on onboarding process.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Extend support to Human Resources specialist assignments
  • Maintain good communication and a professional image with relevant parties (Corp. Admin. Team, Employees, Management Team and external groups and individuals).
  • Provide support to Corporate Administration initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required – with a focus on Excel
  • Above average organizational ability
  • Excellent attendance record and strong performance in current role
  • Based out of day shift schedule but must be flexible to support a 3-shift operation when required and multiple facilities.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Education level will be considered.
