Main Responsibilities

As an HR Intern at GITCOMP, you will support various Human Resources functions, including recruitment and selection processes, onboarding activities, personnel administration, and HR documentation management. You will also assist in the organization of employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

This position is fully remote and designed for students seeking to complete their Social Service or Professional Internship while gaining practical experience in an international environment.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university program (Social Service or Professional Internship)

Interest in technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, or digital business

Availability Monday through Friday (flexible schedule)

Access to a computer and reliable internet connection

Conversational Spanish is a plus

No previous experience required
