The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for the summer. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and consulting.

You will work directly with the Founder and gain exposure to real client projects, candidate engagement, and HR strategy work.

What You’ll Do

• Support recruitment projects
• Assist with job posting creation and posting across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Support HR policy and handbook development
• Assist with employer branding initiatives
• Provide administrative support including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
• Contribute to special projects as needed

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in HR, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR consulting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace
• Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude

Nice to Have

• Previous work experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
