Horizones Consulting has a CSR online arm, the Global Institute For Technology Competitiveness (GITCOMP) that is a brand focused on promoting the creation and growth of businesses through the reduction of the digital and technological gap. Students interested in completing their professional internships or social service remotely while gaining professional experience in the technology field are invited to become part of our team, where you will collaborate on international initiatives such as:

Main Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern at GITCOMP, you will support various tasks within the Human Resources department, including recruitment processes, candidate selection, onboarding, and personnel administration. You will also collaborate in organizing employee wellness activities and managing HR-related documentation. This is a temporary hybrid position located in the Greater Mexico City Metropolitan Area, with the possibility of partially working from home.
Requirements:
- Active university student (Social Service or Professional Internship)
- Interest in technology, innovation, or digital business areas
- Availability from Monday to Friday (flexible schedule)
- Access to a computer and stable internet connection
- Conversational Spanish is highly valued
- Previous experience is not required
