Job Description We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Pulp & Paper Division operations for a Human Resources Student to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick, for the Fall 2026 Work Term.

Responsibilities Tasks may include:

  • Working collaboratively with the HR Team
  • Supporting site employees with all aspects of Human Resources functions
  • Preparing and maintaining employee files/data ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Coordinating and participating in recruitment activities
  • Participating in special projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing, or entering in the fall, a Business Administration or Commerce degree program, including Grade 12 high school students accepted into these programs, and in good academic standing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Curious and continuous improvement mindset
  • Self-starter, attention to detail, punctual, consistent, and flexible to changing tasks
  • Long-term interest in a Human Resources career
