Job Description We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Pulp & Paper Division operations for a Human Resources Student to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick, for the Fall 2026 Work Term.

Responsibilities Tasks may include:
- Working collaboratively with the HR Team
- Supporting site employees with all aspects of Human Resources functions
- Preparing and maintaining employee files/data ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Coordinating and participating in recruitment activities
- Participating in special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing, or entering in the fall, a Business Administration or Commerce degree program, including Grade 12 high school students accepted into these programs, and in good academic standing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Curious and continuous improvement mindset
- Self-starter, attention to detail, punctual, consistent, and flexible to changing tasks
- Long-term interest in a Human Resources career
